To be criteria in concrete business operation, the Company appropriately defines the code of conducts in writing adhering to the every laws, enforced regulations, rules, any methods that defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) applied to exercise with the company principles.
This Code of Conducts Instruction has been created to be guidelines and good practices for the Board of Director, top executives through all employees strictly follow as a standard, to further constant improvement in business.

The company adheres to good corporate governance which is based on responsibility, transparency and honor. Respecting the laws and relevant regulations.

Comply to the rules of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

1.4 Comply to the good corporate governance which is set by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
2. Performing with Responsibility, Honor, Perseverance and Discipline.
Should the Board of Director, top executives through all employees perform with responsibility, honor, perseverance, discipline and also adhering to fame of company that defined are as following;
2.1
Perform the assignment with perseverance, intention, dedication as fully capability to reach the success of working for the company benefits and strict in any activities that build the quality, efficiency and development to be an excellent.
2.2
Perform the assignment with fully knowledge and competence and also having a conscious of performing and accountability.
2.3
Timely usage to perform duty with efficiency and effectiveness, including to not allow doing any activities or not induce others to do other activity which is not generated in benefit of the company.

The company has policies to protect its interests rightly in order to avoid any conflict of interests by defining the practical guiding as following;

To not allow doing contrary to benefit of company for instance ; making the company loss its benefits or receiving its benefits less than a proper or dividing benefit from the company.

4. Confidential information retention
The directors, top executives, and all employees must not disclose the confidential information to the public whatever for any interests, may cause affect to the company. It is, therefore, the practical guidelines are as below;
4.1 No seeking for own benefits or others by utilize the company information. Should use the information to be usefulness of company only.
4.2
Shall not disclose classified information in particular pending issues that have been not finalized. Exceptional, it is allowed by the authorized person or already disclosed to the public.
4.3 To not allow disclosing any business information to competitors. Once they are out of directors, executives and employees.
5. Company assets treatment
The directors, top executives and employees are responsible regarding usage of resources and company assets to maximize efficiency. Therefore, the company formulates as the practical guidelines as here following;
5.1 Shall use company’s assets by maximizing its usefulness.
5.2
To take care on company assets to be in good conditions, not allow for any damages or losses, which are necessary for efficient works and sustainably.
5.3 The employees are prohibited to use company’s assets for own business or for the others.
6. Gift, Present and Entertainment
For procurement procedure is efficiency and proper, the company defines the practical guidelines are as below;
6.1
Avoidance receiving gifts and/or present, any kind of benefit that it is deem usual from someone who concerns with business connection.
6.2
Avoiding to accept entertainment from someone who concerns with business connection or others that may receive benefits from performing of employees.

Social and Political Activity Rights
The directors, executives, and all employees have the rights and liberty to join any activities in social by avoiding to do any activities which are contrary to the laws or ethnic that affect to social peace. Moreover, should maintain on their own honor for acceptable in social and community where the company located. The company defines the way of exercise as here following;
7.1 Comply to democracy and also encourages using the rights adheres to the constitution law and other laws in relevant.

Shareholders and Investors

The company shall contact to customers with well mannered and also making a trust and reliable confidence.

The company shall provide sufficient, precise and up to dated information involving products trough services of company to the customers.
3) On time delivery product and services to the customer and based on customers’ need, including recognizing on fair price.
4)
Strictly follow the conditions in agreement with customers, in case of unable to follow it, the company would urgently notify to customer in order to find the solution.
5)
Providing customer complaints center regarding quality of product, service including fastness in responsibility or delivery and also quickly response to the customer.
6) To keep confidential information of customer and not allow to utilize for own benefits or others as illegally.

STEEL has policies to keep good relations with suppliers and/or lenders in business which is based on fair, and treats all its suppliers and/or lenders with equality for maximizing benefit of STEEL and avoiding the situation of conflict of interest, including strictly follows promises in order to mutually implement interests. The essential exercises are defined by following;

To not conduct its business with suppliers and/or lenders dishonestly. In case of corruption matters, the company must disclose the details to suppliers and/or lenders for rapid and fair joint-resolution.

Strictly follow conditions with suppliers and / or lenders. In case of the company is unable to follow the conditions. The company would immediately notify to customer in order to find the solution.
